Scott Blewett

Scott Thomas Blewett (born April 10, 1996) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Baltimore Orioles of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played in MLB for the Kansas City Royals, Minnesota Twins, and Atlanta Braves, and in the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL) for the Uni-President Lions. Amateur career Blewett attended Charles W. Baker High School in Baldwinsville, New York. He committed to play college baseball at St. John's University. As a senior, he was the Gatorade Baseball Player of the Year for New York. Blewett was drafted by the Kansas City Royals in the second round of the 2014 Major League Baseball draft. He signed for $1.8 million.
